Q1: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 300 sets for existing designs. For custom OEM/ODM orders, the MOQ starts at 500 sets. We also offer small-batch trial orders for new partners to test our product quality.
Q2: Can I mix different designs or colors in one order?
Yes, you can mix different designs, sizes and colors within the same order, as long as the total quantity meets our MOQ requirement.
Q3: How do I place an order?

Q1: What customization services do you offer?
We offer full OEM/ODM services including:
- Custom design and 3D prototyping
- Custom finishes (polished, matte black, chrome, anodized, etc.)
- Custom branding and logo engraving
- Custom packaging with your brand
- Custom technical specifications
Q2: What information do I need to provide for a custom order?
To provide you with an accurate quote, please send us:
- Detailed drawings or samples of the wheel
- Required quantity
- Preferred material and finish
- Any special requirements or specifications
Q3: How long does it take to complete a custom order?
The lead time for custom orders is 25-35 days, depending on the complexity of the design and order quantity. This includes 3D design confirmation, mold making and production.

Q1: What is your production lead time?
- For standard in-stock designs: 3-7 days
- For bulk orders of existing designs: 10-15 days
- For custom OEM/ODM orders: 25-35 days
Q2: Can you expedite production for urgent orders?
Yes, we can prioritize urgent orders for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability.
Q3: Do you provide production updates?
Yes, we will send you regular production updates with photos and videos, so you can track the progress of your order in real time.

? Quality & Warranty
Q1: What quality standards do your products meet?
All our Vespa wheels are manufactured to strict ISO 9001 quality standards. Every wheel undergoes 5 rounds of quality inspection before shipment, including raw material inspection, casting inspection, machining inspection, surface finish inspection and final load testing.
Q2: Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 12-month quality warranty on all our products. If any manufacturing defect is found within the warranty period, we will replace the defective products free of charge.
Q3: What if I receive damaged products?
Please inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. If any products are damaged during shipping, please take photos and contact us within 3 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Q1: What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer multiple shipping options to Southeast Asia:
- Sea freight (most economical for bulk orders, 7-15 days)
- Air freight (fast, 3-5 days)
- Express delivery (DHL, FedEx, UPS, 2-3 days)
Q2: Do you handle customs clearance?
We are very familiar with Southeast Asian customs regulations and can provide all necessary shipping documents to help you with customs clearance. We can also arrange door-to-door delivery to your warehouse.
Q3: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- T/T (Bank Transfer)
- PayPal
- Western UnionWestern Union
- Alibaba Trade Assurance
For bulk orders, we require a 30% deposit and 70% balance payment before shipment.
